EQUINE SHOWS & EVENTS: SHOW & SHARE

Show hosts and organizers, let's sit down and collaborate on having your equine shows or events photographed.

Let me show you my raw ability in capturing picture perfect moments for everyone, taking full advantage of my environment and using light to my advantage. I look for candid moments between horse and rider to take photos of - whether it's a rider polishing their boots or feeding their horse. Remember, just because the show has ended doesn't mean I mean put my camera away.

My ability to read and scan scenarios outside of the spotlight is what makes me unique from others. Horse shows can be hectic, there is an awful lot of activity going on from start to finish. As an event and show photographer, you have to be on the ball - all the time. You never know when the perfect photo opportunity will present itself, and any time you're photographing animals (especially ones as big and fast as horses), you have a limited amount of time to take the photo before you miss it!

What You Receive With The Equine Shows & Events: Show & Share Package:

•    2, 3 or 4 hours of on-site photographic coverage (based on the package you choose)
•    10, 20 or 30 photos (based on the package you choose)
•    Digital copys
•    a lifetime license of your photos to cherish, keep and share with friends and family! (license to all photos are owned by the show host or venue (individual who hires me for the show)

Ready to book a show or event?

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

1) I show up on location 45 minutes prior to each show booking. For example, if your show booking is for 10:00AM, that means that I will show up at 9:15AM. I do this so that I can scout the location before and it gives me time to settle in. 

*Any additional time required for getting you and/or your horse ready will be billed time.

3) Additional time requested on site, will be billed at $100.00 per hour.

SHOW & SHARE:

Who is it for? For shows with a limited budget or shows who just want professional photos of their event to share with friends, family and on social media.
The show host or venue (individual who hires me for the show) is the one who has the license to all photos. Additional licenses can be purchased by other members starting at $35.00 per photo.

GREEN

2 hours on-site photographic coverage
10 high-res digital images
First 75km of mileage is included (round trip). *Additional mileage is $1.25/km.*
Cost: $849.00

SEASON

3 hours on-site photographic coverage
20 high-res digital images
First 75km of mileage is included (round trip). *Additional mileage is $1.25/km.*
Cost: $1449.00

COACH (BEST VALUE!)

4 hours on-site photographic coverage
30 high-res digital images
First 75km of mileage is included (round trip). *Additional mileage is $1.25/km.*

BOOKING

In order to guarantee your booking for a specific date:
A 50% booking fee deposit (50% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your booking.

Payments can be made via Email Money Transfer, PayPal, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. No cheques.

The purpose of my booking fee is to give me a sense of the number of serious inquiries that I receive and also to cover my time and mileage if I was to drive out to a location and have it be a no-show or a very last minute cancellation.

TRAVEL

I live in the city of Calgary, Alberta and I’m available for travel to literally anywhere in the world (as long as my mileage is paid for). All sessions include the first 75km of travel. Any additional mileage is $1.25/km.

CANCELLATION

I RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel an appointment due to negative weather conditions that we believe would, 1) be a danger to the equipment; 2) be a danger to the photographer, including a danger in traveling either or both to and from the site of the location to be photographed; and/or 3) would result in photographs that would not be useful in adequately presenting the subject and location.

If you decide to CANCEL your scheduled booking date for whatever reason, please contact me directly and provide me with 7 DAYS NOTICE.
1) All cancellations made with either less than 7 days of notice or less than 7 days of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is 50% refundable. No exceptions.
2) All cancellations made with either less than 48 hours of notice or less than 48 hours of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is non-refundable. No exceptions.

You may RESCHEDULE your appointment within the 7 DAY window to another date that is more convenient for you. There is no cost to do this.
