"SNAP & GO" MINI PORTRAITURE SESSIONS:

These are mini portraiture sessions for riders and individuals attending any Equine Show and Event that I am working at, who would like pictures of them with their horse(s) while on location.

"Snap & Go" comes in three types: 
Snap & Go: Solo
Snap & Go: With a Friend
Snap & Go: With Two Friends
Snap & Go: With Three Friends

Three reasons why I added this service.

1) TIME
   As busy horse owners and people working in the industry, everyone has different schedules and separate things going on in their lives. Not everyone has the same flexibility when
   it comes to committing to a one, two or three hour photo shoot during the work week.

2) CONVENIENCE:
    The opportunity to get pictures of you with your horse(s) is right there at your fingertips since I am on location. As your Equestrian photographer, my goal is to make the
    whole experience the simplest and most convenient...for you.

3) FRIENDS:
    Being in the Equestrian world, it's not everyday that we get to see all of our horsey friends and it's most definitely not everyday that we get to attend a fun Show or Event with them.
    Some of our most wonderful memories in our lives are the ones spent with friends. This is a fantastic time to capture those laughs and forever memories with your friends and everyone's horses. 
    There are amazing things that you can do when you get into group portraits with multiple horses and I cannot wait to dabble into it.
 

A full breakdown of the "Snap & Go" service..
 

Snap & Go: Solo (one person and their horse).
1 [4x6”] digital photos, 15 minutes, $69.00
2 [4x6”] digital photos, 30 minutes, $119.00

Snap & Go: With a Friend (total of two people and their horses).
1 [4x6”] digital photo, 15 minutes, $109.00
2 [4x6”] digital photos, 30 minutes, $199.00

Snap & Go: With Two Friends (total of three people and their horses).
1 [4x6”] digital photo, 15 minutes, $149.00
2 [4x6”] digital photos, 30 minutes, $269.00

Snap & Go: With Three Friends (total of four people and their horses).
1 [4x6”] digital photo, 30 minutes, $219.00
2 [4x6”] digital photos, 60 minutes, $349.00

Note: These prices give a lifetime user license of the photos to everyone captured in each photo.

These Snap & Go sessions will be available for booking either prior or during the Show or Event. (all dependant on the Show or Event's start and end time).

All bookings for Snap & Go sessions must be paid in full to book a session. Bookings are non-refundable on cancellations within 48 hours of the Show date.

BOOKING

In order to guarantee a “Snap & Go” session for a specific date:
For all orders, 100% booking fee deposit (100% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. 

Payments can be made via Email Money Transfer, PayPal, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. No cheques.

The purpose of my booking fee is to give me a sense of the number of serious inquiries that I receive and also to cover my time and mileage if I was to drive out to a location and have it be a no-show or a very last minute cancellation.

TRAVEL

I live in the city of Calgary, Alberta and I’m available for travel to literally anywhere in the world (as long as my mileage is paid for). All sessions include the first 75km of travel. Any additional mileage is $1.25/km.

CANCELLATION

I RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel an appointment due to negative weather conditions that we believe would, 1) be a danger to the equipment; 2) be a danger to the photographer, including a danger in traveling either or both to and from the site of the location to be photographed; and/or 3) would result in photographs that would not be useful in adequately presenting the subject and location.

If you decide to CANCEL your scheduled booking date for whatever reason, please contact me directly and provide me with 7 DAYS NOTICE.
1) All cancellations made with either less than 7 days of notice or less than 7 days of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is 50% refundable. No exceptions.
2) All cancellations made with either less than 48 hours of notice or less than 48 hours of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is non-refundable. No exceptions.

You may RESCHEDULE your appointment within the 7 DAY window to another date that is more convenient for you. There is no cost to do this.
